1996? NL MVP, dead at age 41 from a heart attack. I know he admited to juicing when he was still playing, but i did not realize that he was under suspension for cocaine use, and had broken suspension several times sense then. I'm pretty sure that steroids and cocaine were not meant to be used in combination, i'm going to guess that had a lot to do with his death.

for all those not up with baseball, he played for the Houston Astros.

if i hadn't of put that there, you know good and well, someone would have come along and said "Who's Ken Caminiti"

in which case, I, or someone else would have made the comments at that point.

i should also mention he played for the San Diego Padres for a few years. I can not remember now, where he played most of his career, but i dont' guess it really matters
